Jack Heydenreich

January 27, 1911 - March 5, 1980

Dr John 'Jack' H Heydenreich, 69, an Upland resident who practiced in Fontana 38 years, died in Nassau, Bahamas. He was born in Pasadena.

Heydenreich was a past president of the Kiwanis, a past president of the Chamber of Commerce and a member of the Junior Chamber of Commerce. He was the team doctor for the Fontana High School football team, a representative for the Salvation Army and a member of the Flying Doctors. Heydenreich was a member of the Episcopal church.

Surivors include his wife, Carolyn; three sons, John of Corona del Mar, Robert of Portland, Oregon, and Gregory of Ventura; and five grandchildren.
