Elizabeth "Betts" Inman Resident of Rossmoor Born July 22, 1916 and passed away peacefully on October 12, 2007 in Walnut Creek. Betts was born in Oshkosh, Wisconsin to John L. and Alice C. Greenwood. She graduated from South Pasadena High School in 1934 and received her BA degree in economics from Stanford University in 1938. She married Howard C. Inman in 1941. They lived in Lafayette for 32 years before moving to Rossmoor where they lived for 28 years.

Betts was a homemaker, gourmet cook, an artist, avid reader and world traveler. She always said, "I've had a very good life". She was a gracious and lovely person. Family and friends will miss her. Betts was preceded in death by her husband, Howard, in June 1986; and her brother, John C. Greenwood in August 2007. She is survived by her son, Doug Inman and his wife, Jamie; daughter, Laurie Griffee and her husband, Richard; and three grandchildren, Chase, Paige and Spencer Inman.
