George Rudkin

October 16, 1917 - January 25, 1990

Elkins Park, Pennsylvania:  After a BS at Caltech, an MS at Stanford, a PhD at Caltech and a commission in the USAAF weather service, I spent a couple of years in the SWPA, finding a wife in Australia during that time. Since 1946, I have been doing research in genetic biology at the Institute for Cancer Research in Philadelphia. That occupation has been interspersed with periods of research and or teaching of up to two years at a time in Europe and the US. We have one daughter, three sons, and two grandchildren.
