Arlee Reynolds Ellis '39 a resident of Stanford, died August 12, 2007 at age 86.  She was born in 1921 in Salt Lake City, Utah, and grew up in South Pasadena, California.  She later lived in Palo Alto and Stanford for more than 50 years. 

She began working at Stanford University in 1963, eventually serving as administrator of the political science department.  She was preceded in death by her husbnad of 29 years, Arthur Wallace Ellis.  She is survived by her daughter, Ann Taylor Ellis; son, Andrew Reynolds Ellis, and two grandchildren.
