Robert Paul passed away the evening of July 27, 2004.  Bob had undergone several surgeries for gastro-intestinal problems starting in December 2003 and had never fully recovered, although we had thought he was improving after the last procedure two weeks prior to his passing.

In addition to his brother, William G. Paul, Jr., '39, he leaves those closest to him, his granddaughter Ivy Ann, great-grandchildren Samantha and Dru, and his two sons Mike and Steve Irwin.
