Barbara Keen Short, age 71, passed away July 11, 2007. Daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Walter Keen of San Marino. Loving wife and mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend to many. What a wonderful,intelligent, classy women.

She is survived by her husband, Dale L. Short of 48 years; sons Kevin and Brian Short, daughter Susan Richard, six grandchildren, six great- grandchildren; the Althof and the Schindlbeck families. Barbara was a third generation Los Angelean; graduate of Occidental College Class of 1957; loved her family and friends, traveling, reading, playing bridge, and the Dodgers. She will be greatly missed.
