Keizer, Oregon - Stan Stuttaford, born August 29, 1936, fought a valiant battle against kidney cancer, a battle he lost January 29, 2008. He leaves his wife, Kathy, and an army of friends.

Stan was active in many causes. He was particularly proud of his contributions to the initial fund raising for the Regional Center for the Performing Arts in Walnut Creek, Calif.; and serving as the General Manager for the McNary Estates Homeowners' Association for the last 11 years.

Stan was the consumate marketer. He began his career with Junior Achievement. He finished his career as Western Regional Vice President for American Express.
