Julia Jane Rowe, 84, of Costa Mesa, California, a retired social worker, died August 14, 1995 of natural causes.

Survived by her sons, Dan Alberts of Lake Forest and Lindsey Alberts of Los Olivos; daughter Leslie Voorhis of Solvang; and two grandchildren.
