Florence Hamilton Riggin

April 23, 1907 - September 29, 1971

Mrs Florence Hamilton Riggin, 64, 1200 North Walnut Street died in Riverview Convalescent Home. Born in Muncie, Indiana, she attended Muncie schools and graduated from South Pasadena High School, California in 1925, and from Ball State University in 1941. She was the widow of Fred Riggin.

Mrs Riggin taught for 30 years in Muncie schools, 29 at Lincoln, and one year at Garfield, retiring in 1957. She was a member of First Universalist Unitarian Church and the Alpha Chi Omega Alumnae.

Seven cousins survive. They are Mrs Althea Gordon, Harry D Mark, and Arch Hamilton, all of Delaware County. Mrs Arlis Richards, Connersville, Mrs Evison Davis, East Chicago, and John Saunders, Arcadia, California.
