Charles Hutchinson
July 24, 1908 - May 23, 1987
Charles Ernest Hutchinson, a resident of Corrales, New Mexico, died in a local hospital. He was born in Los Angeles and was a practicing sociologist. Dr Hutchinson received his under graduate degree as well as his PhD at the University of Southern California. His teaching positions included Santa Fe High School, the University of Maryland and UNM. He was also involved in research and development for the Air Force for 23 years.
Survivors include his wife, Marjorie of the home in Corrales; sons, David and Robert of Albuquerque and Peter of Portland, Oregon; daughter, Mary Maloney of Terre Haute, Indiana; a brother, John of South Pasadena, California; and ten grandchildren. He was a member of the Unitarian Church and many professional, scholarly, and honorary associations.
