Douglas, Alaska:  I was a student and worked at PJC through 1937. LA County was my employer from 1938 until 1947, when I moved to Alaska. I was to know the Alaskan outdoors through fishing, hunting, and trapping, with my husband during our 17 years together. I have worked for a local airline, a CPA, the City and Borough of Juneau (including the former city of Douglas), and since my retirement after 25 years, in 1981, I now spend part-time in a travel agency. I have traveled extensively for the past 12 years, having been on all continents except South America. I am the fourth graduate of SPHS in my family, having been preceded by my mother, Dorothy Wadsworth Beaumont '13, my uncle Arthur Wadswroth '12, and aunt Mildred Wadsworth '09.
