Ursula Birkhauser Bell, age 84, died May 3, 2017. She was born May 7, 1932 in Basel, Switzerland, grew up in California and lived 37 years in Louisiana where she was a school psychologist.
Upon retirement, Ursula returned to California where she enjoyed her grandchildren, dogs, cats, gardening, and traveling. She is survived by her two children, Ken Bell of Cupertino and Carolyn Bell Walker of Poway; six grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
