Louise Harris Veneklasen, 96 years old, passed on January 15, 2009 in Glendale, California.  Raised in South Pasadena, proud graduate of Scripps College, life-long lover of writing, reading, and learning.

Retired from UCLA and VA hospitals.  She leaves behind a loving son, Mark Veneklasen; grandsons, Greg, Ethan, and Noah; and close friend, Yvonne Still.
