Mary was born in India March 15, 1922 and died at age 89 on February 7, 2012 in Oakland, California. After high school she married Bob Gordon and had two sons, Charles and John.  John was killed in 1967 in Vietnam where he served as a medic.

Mary later married Patrick O'Garrin. She loved singing and dancing and after Pat's death she spent her last years happily performing around Oakland and San Francisco. She is survived by her son, Charles Gordon; sisters, Laura Anne Monroe Jennings '43 and Judith Monroe Ketchum '43; six grandchildren and many great-grandchildren; nephew George Jennings '69, nieces Judy Jennings '71 and Laurie Jennings '73.
