Frederick F. Smith, passed away August 29, 2009, while in rehab after cardiac surgery.  He was born in Villisca, Iowa on March 23, 1917.

He leaves his wife Marjorie; and Karen and Seth Greenberg; granddaughters, Paige, Ella, and Jacqueline Greenberg of Blacksburg, Vermont.

Fred owned Formcraft Business Forms and was still active on the golf course, restoring his '64 Porsche, and dancing at weddings.
