Martha Chapman, 86, of Morningside of Fullerton, died on her birthday May 30, 2003 at Kaiser Hospital in Anaheim Hills.  A homemaker, she was born on May 30, 1917 in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma and was a Fullerton resident for 12 years.  She was active in the PTA and the Chaffey District School Board.

Mrs. Chapman is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Tom and Kerry Chapman of Lawrence, Kansas; a daughter-in-law, Gay Martin of Lakewood, California; her grandchildren, Joshua, Laura, Cassie, Christen, and Courtney.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Elwood Chapman and a son, Bill Chapman.
