Geraldine Winifred Wakeman Bowlus passed away peacefully on April 29, 2011, at her home in Ashland, Oregon.  She was born on August 3, 1919, in Los Angeles, California.

She was a gifted teacher, and a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother.  It was her joy to volunteer at her church, with the Ashland Community Hospital Auxiliary, and the Tudor Guild.

Gerry is survived by her husband of almost 72 years, Bob (SPHS '37); her children; grandchildren; great-grandchildren; and by numerous nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
