Billy Anne Dorsett passed away October 18, 2011 at Arcadia Methodist Hospital.  She was born January 7, 1922 in South Pasadena.  She graduated from South Pasadena High School and resided her entire life in Los Angeles County in the cities of South Pasadena, San Gabriel, Arcadia, and Duarte.

On January 13, 1950 she married the love of her life, Walker C. "Bill" Dorsett.  They were married for 55 years until his passing.

Billy loved to bowl, play bridge, golf, ski, travel, socialize, and dance.  She treasured creating parties and getting family and/or friends together for special occasions and succeeded in nurturing four wonderful foreign exchange students, Jeff, Terry, Nay, and Manijeh who became family and called her Mom.

Billy was survived by two children, Ron and Ken, three grandchildren, and a growing number of great-grandchildren.  She was loved by many and will be missed by all.
