Josephine ("Jo") grew up in South Pasadena, graduated from South Pasadena High School in 1953, and was a member of the SPHSAA.  Mom spoke often and fondly of her time growing up in South Pas and of her childhood friends she remained in contact with over the years.

Jo died March 29, 2010 while living in Grass Valley, California.  She was 73; cause of death was posterior cortical atrophy (PCA).  She is survived by her children, Mary Jo Nightingale and Alison Aguon; grandson Brian Dean Nightingale; and great-grandson Caleb Nightingale.

Although we miss our Mom deeply, we know she is in the loving arms of God and suffers no more.
