Marty, you were always more than a friend to me and everyone, you were as a brother. There in the toughest times, always ready to make the day better. So many dreams, many fulfilled. Everywhere you went, you were known and liked. You were the greatest friend of my life and my first friend in South Pasadena when I moved there in 1978. You were important. You lived life to the fullest, your generosity, your humility, your humor, your courage, loyalty comprised your uniqueness. Always active, we'd surf the breaks of Huntington County Line, Leucadia; we'd drive the Crest Highway in your beautiful BMW 1601 that you built with your own hands. Ride your RD 250 that you built with your hands; crazy stunts, get in trouble, get out of trouble. Marty, you did not come from privilege as many did around you, however, knowing you was the privilege for me and all those around you. Kindness and love was the way you lived...

You'll be missed by many people and by me, until we meet again brother, we'll have adventures and we'll ride again. AC
