Pamela Jane Dodds Clukas, 53, died April 3, 2002 in Pahrump, Nevada after a decades-long battle with lupus.

Pam was born November 18, 1948 to Robert and Sarah Dodds in Pasadena. She attended schools in Pasadena, South Pasadena, and El Segundo, California. She married Rennie Clukas in 1972, and soon after that she was diagnosed with lupus.

She was a Protestant and worked as a baker at Smith's. She enjoyed yard work and interior decorating, and was especially fond of animals and was devastated by the loss of her cat Rusty last year.

Her father, who now lives in Pahrump, sister Debbie (John) Dodds Durand (SPHS '64) of Yakima, Washington, stepfather Will Dempster of Tehachapi, best friend Kathy Murchie of Altadena, and other relatives and friends survive her.
