Kathryn Grimm Lane, born March 12, 1946, passed away in San Diego on August 4, 2012. She was 66 years old, cause of death was cancer.

Kathy is survived by her mother, Nikki Ruthellyn Uncapher, daughter Tammie (David) Wholihan, and grandson Matthew Wholihan; and brothers Lynn Grimm and James Grimm (SPHS '62).

Kathy was a very kind and loving person who put everyone ahead of her own needs. She was a caregiver to her mother up to the day she passed. Kathy loved her daughter and adored her grandson who was almost three years old when she passed. We all miss her so much.

Tammie Lane Wholihan, daughter
