Heather Alvey (Cisneros)

Heather Alvey Cisneros

November 15, 1971 - February 4, 2026

Heather was a beautiful woman whose life was defined by devotion -- to her family, and especially to her only daughter, Meagan.

Even while facing significant health challenges, Heather was always present. She showed up with strength, love, and selflessness, never letting her circumstances stop her from caring for those around her. She had a servant's heart and found joy in helping others -- whether supporting friends, being involved with Meagan's club team, or cheering Meagan on in every activity she pursued.

Heather's love, generosity, and unwavering support will always be part of Meagan's story. Thank you to everyone who continues to surround our family with prayers, kindness, and support during an unimaginable season of loss. Heather was predeceased by her husband Louie, in December 2025. She is survived by her daughter Meagan.

I remember Heather for SPHS.  She was alway kind and warm hearted.  I am so sorry to hear this. Heather was the best.  God Bless.

Heather, I'm thankful for our special connection so many years ago, the parts of life we shared, and the memories we made together! May your loved ones carry the sweetness of your genuine & sincere soul forevermore!  While your presence will be missed in this world, I'm rejoicing that you are no longer living on Earth in pain.  May our Lord comfort your precious daughter, Megan.  May she continually seek & find how He'll provide the peace that surpasses all understanding during this time, and as the days go on...  Bye for now lovely lady!  In agape love,Tracey

Fond memories dating back into grade school..

One of my all-time favorites is Heather playing a musical piece on the piano with my father, Jose, synchronized on vocals next to her. Clearly Heather was a little intimidated as she nervously took her seat in front of the keys (lol), tho she executed the entire piece flawlessly! My dad was So impressed and proud! & I, too!

Invaluable recollections..

Sadly, I've been known to lose touch (no longer on social media); regrettably catching word of Heather's health challenges, situation, 'Celebration of Life' moments too late.

The news about Heather is the inspiration behind me just now joining SPHSAA..

as people as herself are too precious to miss.

Rest in forever peace.. alongside your husband, beautiful beloved.
I'm convinced you're now singing with the angels at Christ's throne.
