I was shocked to see Marc's name in the Memoriam list. He was way too young to be passing. I knew him as a happy fun loving young guy who was always kind and willing to please. We spent lots of time with his family at their wonderful home and I have many happy memories as our families got together.

My best to his family.

Saddly, it has taken time for me to deal with the notice of Marc's passing. He was a good friend throughout Jr High, where we first met, and through High School where we did many things together. We had many escapades thoughout High School between metal shop, wood shop, school photography assignments, and double date nights. I knew the entire family and was always warmly greeted into their home! I tried to keep in touch after graduation, I remember Marc calling me from Vandenberg AFB while I was in college at PCC. He and Kathy had their home set up in near-by Lompoc. I managed to visit one weekend and get a tour of the base. I lost track of them after moving to Arizona State University to continue school and with the draft looking to snag me for Viet Nam. I did manage to briefly visit with them again years later while visiting family in San Diego, I was on leave from Nellis AFB, NV and found them living north of San Diego. Marc was still the same energetic outgoing person I had always known him to be since school.

Memory of our friendship and escapades will always fill a very special place in my being. It is sad that he was called to be with the Lord taking from us, but we'll all be reunited in the future. God Bless to all who knew Marc!!!
