Alden Day McKelvey, born December 27, 1930, passed away November 17, 2014 at age 83. Alden was predeceased by his wife Joann, daughter Jan, and brother Terry (SPHS '53) and survived by his daughter Jenny, six grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and sister, Roberta Daugherty (SPHS '46).

Alden graduated from USC and served in the Navy. Married Joann, went to Fuller Seminary, had two daughters and finished schooling for the ministry at University in Scotland. Alden and Joann traveled around the world more than once and loved seeing unusual places.

Alden was a wonderful brother and I will miss him as I miss Terry. We had such fun together.
