Beautiful woman, wife, mother of three girls, and grandmother of seven.  We enjoyed family with get-togethers for all holidays, birthdays, etc., and made it a point to go on some type of vacation with family every year.  She enjoyed boating, especially to the Isthmus on Catalina and afterwards RVing across country and along the California and Oregon coasts.

Susan was an RN and ultimately became the Executive Director of Family Planning in Tustin, California which she had built, run, and administered for most of her career.

Susan was born June 12, 1939 and died October 5, 2011 in San Juan Capistrano at age 72.  She is survived by her three daughters, seven grandchildren, and husband, Bill Bergren (SPHS '56).  She will be missed by many.  Rest in peace Suzy.
