Excessive speed is blamed by officers for a traffic accident in Santa Ana which killed two 17-year-old youths on March 24, 1945.
Lee Davis of San Marino, driver, and Fred Terrance Bothwell of South Pasadena, were killed when their car careened into a ditch.
Ralph Walbridge, 16 of South Pasadena; John T. Welsh, 16, San Marino; and Stephen Kent, 16, of South Pasadena, were injured.
