Michael Patrick James, 52-year-old resident of Horton, Kansas died in a double vehicle crash four miles south of US Highway 36 in Brown County, Kansas on July 19, 2017. The Highway Patrol reports that he was traveling alone and was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the accident.
