Born in Kansas, passed away at 82 years of age in Angels Camp, California. She is survived by her sons, Martin Price '61 and Ray Price '69; and sister, Frances Schnebly Hutchins '44. She was preceded in death by her husband, Kelly T Price and brother, Richard Schnebly '48
