John Bigger

August 19, 1938 - November 14, 2022

John, of Alexandria, Virginia, passed away at age 84 due to diabetes. He is survived by his wife Maureen and a sister, Rosan DuVaul.

John loved living in South Pasadena and going to South Pasadena High. His education continued with a BS in Electrical Engineering from Iowa State University and a MS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California. John's life work was spent working with Electric Utilities in renewable energy solutions; primarily in photovoltaics. His accomplishments can be seen all over the country in small, effective uses of PV. John was a lifelong learner, sailor, runner, and he played competitive beach volleyball when he was in Southern California.
