Milestones & Epiphanies
My son Mark received a Purple Heart and full medical retirement from the Army after being blown up on his third tour to Iraq. He is doing well now, despite permanent disabilities in 29 areas.
Another life changing event was the diagnosis of my beautiful 8 year old grand daughter, with moderately severe Autism. I am very blessed to have this little one in my life who has taught me so much about love.
Pastimes & Hobbies
Travel, tennis, golf, gardening and my family. Who has any "spare" time.
Favorite Music, Songs, Bands
I love music but rarely pay attention to the artist. My oldest daughter won a $$ prize from a radio station for this true exchange.
"Mom, I am going to a Regae concert in Berkeley this weekend". My response, "Oh who is he, is he related to Marvin??!!"
[Date] What's happening in my life now
The most important thing I do now is spend a lot of time with my Autistic grand daughter and youngest daughter who live very close to us in the desert. McKenzie is making great progress and the light of my life.
