My oldest son Bob's wife is about to go on dialysis for lack of a kidney. She has lived 27 yrs. on the kidney her brother donated to her. She is using Cedars Sinai as her "home Hospital". The waiting list is 9 yrs. & that won't work for Libby !!

The only specifications are the donation must come from someone under 50 yrs. old, and in good health.

I think my love of helping others came from the lessons learned at SPHS, so I was hoping someone else learned the same lessons at SPHS! :)  I felt this should be the first place to try for a donor. Libby is 42.

Unfortunately I turn 70 in October so I can't help.

But I will sure will pray for her to to recieve a replacement kidney.
