In the Air Force I worked on F-16s and C-130H’s as a mechanic. My job title was Electrical & Environmental Systems Apprentice. I was medically retired in 2015. If it wasn’t for my medical issues I would have stayed in for life as a mechanic. It was something I was good at naturally and loved turning wrenches for 12 hours a day 5-6 days a week. I miss it every single day. The guys I worked with in the 555th squadron were family. I was 1 of 4 girls at that squadron.
I am going to go back to school to learn about something. I haven’t made up my mind yet. I might just do a little of everything.

Milestones & Epiphanies
I have exceeded any dreams I had when I was in high school. I have traveled the world more than I have ever thought I would. I am so blessed with the road I have taken to get here. If I could go back in time, I wouldn’t change a thing. Even knowing how much pain I would be in in my early 30s and on.
Pastimes & Hobbies
Zumba, Yoga, listening to music, reading, writing letters
[Date] What's happening in my life now
Currently I am living in Little Rock, Arkansas with my boyfriend Matt and our 4 dogs. Matt’s 9 year old son will be moving in with us permanently in about a year. I love that kid. Once we move into our house we will be taking in retired working (Police & Military) dogs so they can enjoy their last few years.
