Dean Hargrove

I did not know Dean very well in our Senior year but Carol and I had the pleasure of sharing a table with him at our 45th class reunion. During that festive evening Dean shared with me about his efforts in caring for his aging parents. Being involved in caregiving and advocacy for my own parents at that time I could relate to the experiences Dean was sharing with me that night. Upon reading the tribute to Dean here in this forum it became clear that he and I shared other life experiences, i.e., I too joined the Navy in 1970, cycling and skiing were also a shared passion. I wish Dean and I could have had the chance to share those experiences. Yet another example of how the 'coulda, woulda, shouldas' is an all too familiar negative syndrome in one's Golden Years. 

My heartfelt condolences to all of Dean's family and friends. God Bless you with peace and comfort, knowing Dean is in Heavenly peace, care and surrounded wth Infinite love.
