I practiced Dental Hygiene for 25 years total in Costa Mesa,CA and in Porterville,CA

Now, I love helping people lose weight and gain long term health. My coaching services are free. 4 years ago, I lost 40 pounds in 16 weeks and have learned how to keep it off. Altogether our family has lost over 400 pounds. For more info see :

My sister, Shirley Williams Waters(49), and I attended San Marino schools and then So Pas.
My parents moved to So Pas in 1949. We lived on Court Street. I went to So Pas Jr High and High School.
Dad worked for Pacific Tel&Tel in LA.
Mom was church organist for many years -Calvery Baptist Church across from Pasadena City College.
