Occupation(s), Career Details

I started my career as a broker at Sutro & Co in LA. The last three years of my 20 year career there was manager of the LA office. Upon retirement I started my own firm Thomas & Associates in Temecula. Most of my activity was in real estate and venture capital. Currently I run a small mail order business I started ten years ago.

I was elected as a director to of a small CA State Agency (DeLuz CSD) for six four year terms.

Different places I have lived

We rented a large home in Pasadena on El Molino with Tom Pitkin, Stan Dalzell, Larry Patterson and Bruce Davis. Did we have fun.
Purchased a home in San Marino after marriage. We lived there for three years then bought a home on Garfield (across the street) in South Pasadena. Finally moved to DeLuz (Temecula) in 1980 and have live on my ranch ever since.

I am not much of a mover.

Family history living in South Pasadena

We finally sold my Mothers home in San Marino a few years ago. She had lived there for 60 years. Before that we lived in South Pas.

Pastimes & Hobbies

I collect guns and like to hunt. Went dear hunting in AZ in late 08 with bow, grandchildren and son. I hunted bear on Kodiak AK last Oct/Nov 08. Going to Africa in 10.

My hobbies are home brewing, photography and defensive handgun shooting.
