In case you didn’t know Tom, let me tell you about him.  He was always friendly and mellow.  He was athletic; you may remember him running track, but later he was a hiker, which worked in with his interest in traveling.  He was never boastful; that made it hard to find out he was a mathematical genius with a scientific bent.  He was always fun and a great friend.  He is and will be sorely missed.

Tom was a true gentleman and a member of our league champion track team adding his speed in the relays and sprint disciplines.  We have lost a truely fine individual.  God bless you Tom!!

Remembering Tom way back from our Lincoln School days, he was then and continued to be a terrific person. At our last reunion he still had the same twinkle in his eye, steady friendly spirit and positive outlook on life. The loss of Tom is yet another reminder for us to treasure each other and look forward the time we have left together dear friends.  My heart goes out to Marlene and Tom’s family.

Joel Berukoff (1963)

One really good guy that always was athletic and downright sociable .

My wife and I were in Boulder visiting our son and family and went to Galkins Hardware getting some odds and ends for a project and heard a voice across the aisle sayng "Joel is that you?" , and lo and behold there was  Tom !!  Wow i hadn't seen or talked to him since the reunion, and what a great time we had  shooting the breeze!!!

Son Steve was working at NOAA , and Tom at another government agency in practically the same capacity in Atmospheric Research etc. Wow, they got to talking about scientific stuff , but it was a GREAT time !!

Tom, you are  missed , sorry to hear about your passing!!!!
