Mother & Father moved to South Pas and lived next door to each other where they met and married. I was raised in South Pasadena until going to college in San Luis Obispo, Calif. and then to the Army in 1967.

Father Daniel Marshall Rentchler class of 1926 & Mother Elva Elizabeth (Betty) Peterson Rentchler-Hine class of 1924 both grads of SPHS. MY mother's brothers Elwin Peterson SPHS grad 1923 and George Peterson SPHS grad 1921.
