Many...Friends that we made, lasted a life time.The Teachers, The Coaches, Football, most notably, Coach Solari...The loss to San Marino(13-7).Not able to tackle Bill Ridell after a Jim Harris interception!! The "Pain Drills" before games.. Where I was able to hit Coach Solari after he hit me..The dances(Mona Kai). Scott Berry's house in So. Laguna over the summer, and Easter week breaks. My white '50 Ford with the "Dice" and the "Little Tiger"! The music(Elvis Presley, Everly Brothers, Mickey and Sylvia, and much more...The after Football dances at Oneonta..Summer time in Avalon with Scott Berry , when my brother was the "Official Town Greeter"...Jerry Cains '57 Chrysler, with shift on dash...The "Shack" at Nancy's house( Duke, the St. Bernard), on Oaklawn. Easter week, Palm Springs, with Larry Bauer. Took Jan and Deans girlfriends out..Summer '58 took Varsity Football Team(42) to the Ambassador Hotel to meet girls from Scarsdale,NY., for a social set up by my brother from Avalon....Jeff Milhams homemade yellow "Hotrod"!!, and the gas fumes..

Tried to purchase "Tom's Market" in Aspen late seventies, with the help of local Aspen Attorney Stephen Ware, class of '61(old Bushnell neighbor). He was badly injured in a motor cycle accident outside Aspen in '77,and never fully recovered. Decided not to pursue after accident..Living with Gary Rogers(class'58), from '63 to '66 in SP on Lyndon Ave...Those were the "crazy years"..Our house was considered "Heckels South"..Three months in Mideast, and Europe when I was 15. Birth of my two children, and grandson....Living across the street for 40 years from Ward Kimball(Head Disney Animator)..Actual working 3/4 gauge railroad(like Disneyland) on property. Also, one of the "finest" private collections of small trains in the world, till his passing 2 years ago...

It's been a "Great Ride"......Look forward to the Class of 1959, 50th reunion this year!!
